I used these for a dessert table we made at my daughters wedding. We used the soft glow setting because we wanted it to look classy and it did. But there are different settings with different effects and that’s fun too. These could be used for any number of reasons like special events, weddings, holidays, on plants, decks, patios, so they are great to have. The remote is great and the brightness is good for such small lights.

The lights were great. Bright orange for Halloween and had at least two patterns (steady on and a slow fade) that won’t induce a seizure or a rave (ha ha). I put these in a front and backyard tree and you have to walk outside and up to within a few feet of the tree to get the remote to work so it doesn’t serve a purpose for distance but does work as an on/off switch.
