I bought these fairy lights when the original lights died on my favorite twiggy tree. They are beautiful and cheerful when the nights are long and cold.
Always Star-wishing –
We have bears, coyotes, raccoons, skunks… lots of things that like to eat chickens. I was mostly worried about the bears as they can get through fencing if they want. I added this to my electric fence (on its own row) and LOVE that it has a remote control so I can change the flicker or turn it off remotely. I read that red flickering lights will make them think twice about approaching—makes them think it’s fire. I’ve had no trouble with predators. Plenty long so it wrapped around my entire run and coop. It looks pretty eery from a distance.

It made my living room super cozy. I wrapped it around my window and absolutely love them and the look in the evening when I put the kids to bed and lounge. The remotes are nice so I don’t have to unplug anything anymore. Also I love that I can dim them if I need to.

I love these lights! They add just enough sparkle to my room. They have a remote which is awesome! You can control the brightness, which is awesome! And they stay super cool and safe, which is awesome! I also really like that the wiring is thin and not nearly as bulky as regular Christmas lights. If you’re looking for delicate lighting to decorate an area I’d recommend these.

I believe this is my 3rd string if Er Chen lights, and I won’t buy any other brand. These things are bright, pretty, and they last! They are super easy to hang, very light weight, and they don’t get hot at all. I have a string in my daughters bedroom, two strings of the solar version outside my house, and I just got this one to keep as a travel set for my daughter for whenever we sleep in a hotel or cabin, since she won’t sleep without them. Absolutely love these lights.

TAKE TIME UNWINDING …wish it was on a plastic spool, but still 5 stars, price for lights good deal. remote works well, just make sure IR is showing to communicate (in pic its plug with 2 tails..one tail is electric connection, other IR for remote communication)..needs line of sight!!! but unwinding from cardboard and 165 ft of length is a challenge after half way IF, IF it starts to slide off and it gets tangled… i had to lay out and unwind, un knot, un twist…its durable which is a big plus..i whipped it around and was handsy and it held up..JUST BE careful if it bends, as its copper..DO NOT fold back and forth where it may kink up, as it can break the area of kink…not that it happened, but it can…but this is pretty tough

Was very happy with this product. We bought as a Christmas present for my sons bedroom and it was exactly what he wanted! The wire doesn’t get hot and was very easy to put up. He loves that it comes with a remote and he can adjust the lights dimness or make them flash. I recommend making sure you only unravel it from one side we accidentally ended up getting both sides lose and since it is a very long strand we had a few tangled up moments. Would definitely buy again and are planning to!

I loved my fairy lights in every way except I couldn’t figure out the remote, since it came with no instructions. It was complicated to hook them up and the remote had the dimmer. I will reorder another set that has no remote. Good product though. I loved them but too bright without dimmer.
